MAQAMI Hotel Price Index: October 2026 Edition
What one night in a popular hotel costs in 40 destinations over the next 12 months, and how much MAQAMI members save versus guests.

On 2026-10-09 we priced one night for two adults in popular hotels across 26 destinations, for the 15th of every month over the next year, both as a guest and as a signed-in MAQAMI member. These are the findings. The full table is on the Hotel Price Index page.
Key findings
- Members paid on average 8.8% less than guests for the same rooms.
- The month that was cheapest most often was February (7 destinations), followed by June (3).
- Prices swing most across the year in Paris (208%), Kuta (200%), Riyadh (182%), Amsterdam (173%), Prague (159%).

How we measured it
For each destination we took up to six of the most popular hotels in MAQAMI's inventory and searched the cheapest available room for 2 adults, one night on the 15th of each month, in US dollars with US guest nationality. We report the median across those hotels. Guest and member prices come from the same search, signed out and signed in. Local taxes paid at the hotel are not included. See the methodology.
