Add one URL to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or Gemini CLI. Your assistant can then search MAQAMI's live hotel and flight prices, show room details and photos, and hand you a secure checkout link on book.maqami.co. Free, no API key.

From question to confirmed booking

  1. 1You ask: “Find 5-star hotels in Istanbul for 15–17 August, 2 adults.”
  2. 2The assistant searches live MAQAMI rates and shows options with prices.
  3. 3You choose a room. The assistant holds the price and receives a checkout link.
  4. 4You open the link on book.maqami.co, enter guest details and pay by Stripe.
  5. 5Your booking is confirmed instantly. The assistant can look it up later with your booking ID and email.

FAQ

MCP server questions

Do I need an API key or an account to connect?

No. The MAQAMI MCP server accepts connections without authentication. Your customer only needs to pay on book.maqami.co when they decide to book.

How does the customer pay?

Only on MAQAMI's website. When the assistant holds a hotel room (prebook) or checks a flight fare (verify), it receives a checkout link on book.maqami.co for that exact room or fare. The customer enters guest details, pays through Stripe and receives the confirmation there. The MCP server never takes payment.

What can an AI assistant do with MAQAMI?

Search hotels with live rates, search flights, look up cities, airports and hotel details including amenities and photos, hold a price and return a checkout link, and find, look up or cancel existing bookings when the traveller provides the booking ID and email.

Which transport does it use?

Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.maqami.co/. Clients that only support stdio can use the maqami-travel npm package as a bridge.

Where is the server listed?

In the official MCP Registry as io.github.negm17111995/maqami-travel, on npm as maqami-travel, as a Claude Desktop extension, and as a Gemini CLI extension, Claude Code plugin and Codex plugin from the GitHub repository.

Can I build it into my own product?
